Welcome to The Pink Chapter – Life after 40 just got interesting

Hey there! 👋
If you’ve found your way here, you probably love a splash of color, a little quirk, and honest conversations about beauty, health, family, travel, and all the weird and wonderful parts of life over 40.

This blog was born out of a desire to express myself — quietly, but fully. I may not show my face or share every detail of my life, but I’ll be here every week, talking about things that matter to women like me (and maybe like you, too).

What you can expect:
💄 My favorite finds in beauty, clothes, and lingerie
🌿 Tips and reflections on staying healthy — from hormone balance to weight loss and real self-care
🌍 Travel stories and packing tips
👗 Style for grown women who still feel girly (yes, pink is always welcome)
👨‍👩‍👧 Honest bits about family, working life, and everything in between

This blog isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being playful, being real, and loving life just as you are — even if that means glittery shoes and hiding behind a screen. 😄

Thanks for stopping by — I’m so excited to share this pink, bold chapter with you! 💕

Why did you name it the Pink Chapter is there a deeper meaning other than a favorite color? Does it remind you of your mom? Was your first car pink? There is an ice cream shop down the street from me named Pinks and they named it because of some musical they like.

      Hi there! 😊
Thank you for such a fun question—it’s one of those things that feels simple on the surface but actually holds a little more meaning for me.

Yes, I do love the color pink (obviously 💕), but “The Pink Chapter” is really about embracing a stage of life with joy, softness, and boldness all at once. I’m over 40, and I feel like this phase is its own new chapter—one where I’m giving myself permission to be playful, girly, colorful, a little loud with my hair and style, yet still introverted, thoughtful, and grounded in who I am as a woman, wife, and mother.

So the name is symbolic—it’s about living this part of life unapologetically, with heart, color, and a bit of sparkle. 💖

Also, now I totally want to visit that ice cream shop—it sounds delicious and I love stories behind names like that too!
